Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your pin code and the mood of the postal gods. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Sometimes — depending on your pin code and product availability. 
If it’s urgent (like, “I forgot my bestie’s birthday” urgent), call us before placing your order and we’ll see if we can speed things up.
Heads-up: express shipping comes with an extra charge.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: All across India, bro. If you’re international and vibing with us, slide into our DMs and we’ll see if we can get you disordered globally.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Only if you catch us before we ship it. Call us or message us ASAP on WhatsApp — once it’s out the door, no cancellations.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Returns? Nope.
A: If your order arrives damaged (ugh, rude), let us know within 72 hours via WhatsApp, Instagram DM or give us a call. We’ll either send you a fresh replacement or give you a Disorder Gift Card to make it up to you.
(Heads up: we don’t do refunds. We’re bold, not boring.)

Q: Can I exchange something?

A: Yup — we allow exchanges, but the return shipping cost is on you. Once we get it back in perfect condition (unbroken, unbothered, un-sipped on), we’ll send you your new item or issue a Disorder Gift Card for your order value. 
Just drop us a message and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
A: Hell yes. You can add a gifting/greeting card at checkout and even drop a special message you'd like us to write on it. Got a weird request or chaotic instruction? Type it in the notes — we’ll try to make it happen.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Kinda, sometimes, not always — but ask us anyway.
We offer customizations on select products for special occasions, events, or if your idea is just too good to ignore. Drop us a message on WhatsApp, Instagram DM or email, and we’ll see what kind of chaos we can create together. 

💳 Payments & Discounts

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking — basically anything short of emotional currency.
And yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — but with boundaries (unlike your ex):

  • COD available on orders under â‚č1,500.
  • â‚č50 COD fee applies — because commitment issues cost everyone
  • No COD on custom or made-to-order items
  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before shipping
  • No response = no shipment — don’t ghost us unless you want us to ghost your order
  • Frequent COD cancelers may lose COD access permanently

We love chaos, but not at the cost of courier bills.
