Refund policy

We aim to deliver every order with care and quality. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email at contact@disorderstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

If your return is approved:

  • You may choose to receive a replacement item or a Disorder Gift Card for the full value of the product.
  • We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if you wish to switch to a different item or variant (e.g., design, color), provided:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The original product is returned to us in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the requested exchange or a gift card of equal value.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Limited edition or promotional items
  • Orders submitted with incorrect details by the customer
