• Cash on Delivery (COD) — subject to the COD Policy

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• Available only for orders below ₹1,500
• A ₹50 COD fee is applicable.
• Not valid on custom, made-to-order, or limited edition items.
• Orders may require WhatsApp or call confirmation before dispatch.
• Lack of response may result in cancellation.
• Customers with repeated COD rejections may be blocked from future COD use.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not offer payment refunds under any circumstances.
